Agitator is a simple sculpture made difficult
by the need to have the bottom ends of all the pieces terminating in a plane. The single
units that make up this sculpture can be visualized by thinking of each of the four circular
wings as halves of two partial cylinders, cut from top to bottom on a curving arc by a
bandsaw after the cylindrical shapes were glued.
